The apartment which sleeps 4/5 is one of 9 situated immediately between the Marina and the sea providing stunning views of the Moray Firth from the living room, and quaint views of the marina from the three bedrooms. In brief, the accommodation comprises:



A large lounge and dining area, complete with a television with a series of freeview channels, wifi, a DVD, Video and a CD player as well as two large floor to ceiling windows looking back across the water towards the beach.​

A well equipped kitchen, fitted with an electric oven and gas hob, a microwave, fridge, freezer, washer dryer and dishwasher, as well as the usual small appliances.



A master bedroom featuring a double bed, en-suite shower room and walk-in wardrobe.



Two further bedrooms, one with twin beds, and the other with a single bed and a fitted wardrobe.



Linen and towels are provided and included in the rental price, as are gas and electric. However, beach towels are not provided. Please do not take bathroom towels to the beach.



The apartment is checked and cleaned prior to your arrival and we ask that you leave the property as you found it. Should it not be left clean and tidy, we reserve the right to deduct any additional costs incurred from your £100.00 deposit.



The apartment may not be suitable for small children being situated on the first floor to take advantage of the spectacular views over the harbour wall. There is no stairgate and the close proximity of the harbour may be of concern.
